Strategy and roadmap, architecture and platform decisions, vendor and development reviews, and hands-on help across the full stack. Billed by the hour, tracked and itemized. Month to month, no minimum.

Fractional CTO
$5,000 / month
30 hours a month as your standing CTO: roadmap ownership, vendor and team oversight, and a technical voice in the room when decisions come up.
Retainer clients also get technical due diligence and support on calls with their investors or clients.
